Hi! I’m Johsa
Hi! I’m Johsa! I am here to offer a solution: to equip existing and emerging managers with an extensive understanding of recruitment and business operations.
I was born in Melbourne, Australia. Traveling and getting to know people from all walks of life has largely shaped my unique perspective and aspirations. Life has taught me to seek out opportunities, whether or not they are risky.
I saw the need to find a career that combined my knowledge of people, systems and leadership with my desire for problem-solving. Recruiting was a perfect fit. I recognized the opportunity when it presented itself to me; the chance to have an impact on an organization’s most important asset; its people.
I would attribute my fast growth in recruiting to my extremely inquisitive nature and desire to reinvent and recreate what exists to make it better. Along my career I recognized critical weaknesses that can hinder the successful establishment of promotions in the direct sales industry. My unwavering mindset and passion for helping people unleash their full potential pushed me to start my own brand.
I designed a six-week intensive Assistant Manager Training Course to guide new managers through their own journey of entrepreneurship, to help these individuals set sail with confidence and enthusiasm.
My greatest satisfaction comes from teaching all that I know about administration and recruiting and with a range of training and development products, I aim to cultivate emerging managers into becoming outstanding leaders with profound insights into every facet of HR, recruiting, business systems, and structures
