Johsa is the successful Owner of Accelerate Success, which she founded in 2022. Johsa has over a decade of experience in recruitment, training and development, and HR strategy to help organizations promote strong teams and great leaders.
A leader in recruitment transformation, Johsa pioneered a detailed six-week Assistant Manager Training Program that empowers future managers with knowledge in HR, business systems, and team management. To date, this program has trained 450 assistant managers across the United States of America and Canada.
Johsa’s knowledge and skill set is based on her recruitment management career, where she managed highranked recruitment teams including top administrators, leaders and managers. She always led her teams to achieve high-performance standards, which ranked the team within the top 5% in the country. Her journey began in 2018 as an admin in Westchester, NY, and rapidly advanced to creating groundbreaking recruitment strategies.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Johsa’s global perspective and passion for problem-solving inspire her commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Her work shows her commitment to changing the face of recruitment and leadership development through innovation, excellence, and impact.

Cassandra Singh is an Assistant Manager Course Trainer and International Wireless Trainer who has demonstrated her leadership and management skills. She is based in Toronto, Canada, and entered the business world in 2022, quickly gaining fame. She was a leader within her first two weeks. By 2023, she was an owner on the Rogers campaign. Her knowledge of wireless sales earned her public recognition during major conferences; she was the only Canadian female speaker in Philadelphia in 2023.
Cassandra has a strong background in hospitality and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Justice. Her people-oriented mindset has been key to her success.
